Fantastic stay,friendly country retreat, stunning area,basic but was everything we needed,so peaceful

We were placed 300metres away from the main house in a first floor apartment with two windows and no outside space like a balcony or seating space with a view. The main house and pool were only accessible via car and although 300metres may not have been a problem if we in the main compound , on foot through countryside accessed by an unpaved road felt inappropriate . Also we are seasoned travellers who are used to the beautiful italian countryside being rugged, this place does not reflect the photographs posted online. The owners also got very defensive when we addressed this via email so we don't want to start up a dialogue with them. We had no contact with any of the staff , just Victoria at check in who was very pleasant. The apartment is really meant for a couple not a family who would like to have had a view.

bene ma non benissimo
Posted Aug. 10, 2020 on Hotelsbella struttura immersa nel verde. potenzialmente incredibile, è forse poco valorizzata da un servizio un po' troppo "casalingo".
piscina poco pulita nonostante l'altissima stagione e check-out fatto con il primo tizio che passava dalla reception dopo aver aspettato 15 minuti...
