8 km from Monte San Savino: Friendly, modern vacation home in a slightly hilly position in the Val di Chiana, on the outskirts of a small village. Large bright living room with fireplace and exit to the covered terraces; tasteful furnishings. From everywhere you have a wide view over the valley. Crib on request. To the cottage belongs a private area of the well-kept garden plot, with barbecue. The owner's family lives in the family house below and occasionally uses the pool. The location is particularly convenient for visiting the towns worth seeing in southern Tuscany: Arezzo 18km, Cortona 22km, Montepulciano 30km; but within an hour's drive you can also easily reach Siena, Perugia, Florence and Lake Trasimeno (40km). Monte San Savino 8km.

Maisonnette de charme avec piscine pour 3

Très bon séjour dans cette maisonnette de charme, bien entretenue, propre et agréable dans l'ensemble. Piscine immense et qui nous q entièrement été dédiée. Environnement calme. Manque cruellement de climatisation ou ventilation en aout - ouverture des fenetres mais nuit bruyante, chiens - chats - coqs - clocher - route au loin. Manque de matériel de base et un peu d'équipement cuisine et salle de bain mais l'essentiel est là. Wifi appréciable.
