Villa Ciciliano is nestled within a beautifully restored 17th-century hamlet, it lies in the heart of the peaceful Umbrian countryside, just minutes away from the picturesque Medieval village of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina.

The property is surrounded by a spacious fenced garden, offering privacy and tranquility. It features two stone-built farmhouses, each with its own private patio equipped with a dining table, chairs, sun loungers, and a cozy outdoor sofa, perfect spots to enjoy slow breakfasts, al fresco lunches, or peaceful evenings under the stars.

A few steps below the main garden area, guests will find a beautiful private pool (12 x 6 m, depth from 110 to 143 cm), open from May 1st to October 15th, and fully equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, ideal for warm summer days.

To complete the experience, guests can enjoy a barbecue area for outdoor grilling and a private uncovered parking area for 5 cars.

Internal Description

Villa Ciciliano is made up of 2 separate farmhouses, and can accommodate up to 10 people in total, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Each farmhouse is set on 2 floors and boasts its own private patio with dining area and lounge. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 1 baby cot is available on request. Pets are not allowed.

- Farmhouse 1 (210 sqm): Farmhouse 1 is the main residence of the estate, an authentic country home that blends traditional charm with modern comforts. With its generous spaces and warm, welcoming style, it can accommodate up to 7 guests. The interiors pay homage to Umbrian rural architecture, featuring spacious rooms, antique terracotta floors, stone walls, and exposed wooden beams that tell centuries-old stories.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for those who enjoy cooking even on holiday. The sleeping area includes: a refined Junior Suite with a king-size bed, reading nook, dormeuse, and private bathroom with shower; a comfortable double bedroom with its own private bathroom (with shower).

An indoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you\'ll find a cozy living room with a fireplace, dining area, and reading corner. From here, step directly onto a stunning panoramic terrace furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast with a view or starlit dinners.

Completing this level are a second fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

- Farmhouse 2 (105 sqm): Farmhouse 2 is a charming, independent house, smaller and more intimate, yet equally full of character. Its cozy and inviting spaces make it ideal for up to 4 guests seeking peace and privacy.

On the ground floor, a well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto a private patio, perfect for al fresco dining or moments of quiet surrounded by nature. You will also find a twin bedroom and a guest bathroom.

The first floor features a warm and relaxing living room, complete with a sofa, fireplace, and a reading nook, an ideal spot to unwind with a good book or a glass of wine. The floor also includes a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; final cleaning.

Excluded from the price: Heating on consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
