The house is located in a splendid panoramic position, overlooking the sea and hills: it is an oasis of peace and serenity, immersed in nature. The house consists of 4 new rooms, on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and mosquito nets.

The property has a total area of 6000 square metres. On two sides of the house there is a porch that expands the already considerable size of the structure and allows for outdoor living even in rainy weather. The house is surrounded by a flat grassy park, planted with different varieties of plants.

The house is suitable for groups of up to 16-18 people who want to spend a time of relaxation, sharing and peace. Sports, religious, business and friends groups are welcome. Here they will find a place of deep wellbeing in which to share memorable moments.
On the upper floor, the owner's family lives with a separate, independent entrance. Maximum privacy is guaranteed. The owners remain available 24 hours a day should guests need them.
We are close to several centres of historical and cultural interest such as Urbino, Gradara, Montefiore Conca, San Marino, San Leo. Riccione's Oltremare and Aquafan parks, Marebello's Fiabilandia and Cattolica's Le Navi park (all about 20-25 minutes by car) will satisfy the desire for fun for children, young people and adults.
