Odainia in guess services was amazing! She helped me make reservations for dining and gave me good spots to drive around and see. She made me feel very welcomed! Overall she is a genuine person and cares about her job and the guests that comes to ocean Eden adult only all inclusive hotel. The overall staff was great and polite. My room was clean and didn’t have a moldy smell to it! For once I had no complaints about a resort that I stayed at!

The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing, and the food is excellent. We enjoyed it very much. The only thing was that most of the staff weren't at all friendly and always had unfriendly faces. The towel area at the pool and beach was almost never staffed, let alone towels. Everyone in the privileged areas can access them because there's no one monitoring them.

We had a lot of fun. We stayed on the adult side. The pool was great. It did seem like more of a younger crowd there. Food wasn’t very good and lot of maintenance issues for a fairly new hotel. Ocean view is more of a pool view with a partial ocean view. Some of the staff was great, others seemed to do a lot of complaining in Jamaican under their breath. We had fun but probably wouldn’t return, lot of better options.

Never thought I’d have a security issue traveling but this time I did and for any lgbt traveler to Jamaica, this is the place to stay! The security was top notch and everyone at the resort was very accepting and respectful but please do keep in mind respect their culture as well if you want to have respect! I love this resort and will be back!

I absolutely loved Ocean Eden Bay. The food options were absolutely amazing. The steakhouse was delicious every time we stopped, 3 times. There were so many restaurants that we unfortunately couldn't try them all. The buffets were good; there isn't much I could complain about, honestly. One thing was that the room service was a bit slower, but the resort is huge, so we were patient with them. I would recommend this resort 1000 times. Would love to be back.
