The Terrace in Borgo Santa Maria Farmhouse

Borgo Santa Maria is a holiday and relaxation center obtained from a wise and accurate architectural recovery of old farmhouses built in stone and brick over the centuries. Immersed in the green Umbrian countryside, a stone's throw from Tuscany, it is the ideal place to spend a holiday surrounded by nature and art tourism.
At guests' disposal a large BIO space with vegetables, aromatic herbs, and seasonal fruit. During the summer, guests can pick wonderful Blackberries, Raspberries, Currants and Strawberries on their own, also excellent for making jam. Picking fruit and vegetables on your own will be a wonderful experience!
In the various corners of the garden, in the middle of the greenery there are curious wood and iron sculptures to arouse your creativity.
The interiors of the houses are simple but welcoming, as the Umbrian and Tuscan rural tradition taught us.
The charm of the old farmhouse is immediately felt upon entering the interior, the walls sponged with warm and melange colors, envelop the guest's eye infusing a reassuring warmth. The ceilings retain the old texture in tiles and wooden beams. The atmosphere of the living rooms, with the terracotta floors and the old brick fireplaces, is of an inviting welcome, as are the furnishings with furniture from the past and straw chairs.

Attention to detail adds the comfort of a modern structure equipped with many services such as independent heating, appliances, safe, double glazing, WIFI, digital TV and sat.
The Terrazza house is a magnificent house of approx. 65, with a splendid terracotta terrace completely reserved for guests.
For this characteristic, it is highly appreciated by those seeking greater autonomy and independence.
It is located on the first floor and is accessed by a large external brick staircase, in the large 60 m2 terracotta terrace. where there is a wrought iron pergola, a barbecue, an outdoor shower all reserved for the guests of the house.
The view over the countryside is truly beautiful.
In the living room it has a large brick fireplace, two sofas, built-in kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower (sleeps: 4 + 2).
The walls are painted with the sponge technique and are in yellow and lilac colors. The ceilings are made of wood with the characteristic warping of the truss beams.
