Villa Camelia is distinctive stone house with a private swimming pool. It is located in the Le Marche countryside not far from the Sibillini Mountains National Park and the Adriatic coast. There are sandy beaches at Porto San Giorgio and San Benedetto del Tronto within driving distance, as well as shops and restaurants in Montelparo, which is 4 km away. The Sibillini National Park, Fermo, and Ascoli Piceno are also within easy reach by car.

Villa Camelia (280 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor you will find a living/dining room (with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, sofas, and a table seating 6), a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and espresso machine), a bathroom (with shower) and toilet.

On the first floor you will find four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms:

- one double bedroom (with double bed, air conditioning and terrace) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
