Si llegas al hotel después de las 6:00 pm ya no te reciben, eso es un pésimo servicio, en ningún otro hotel en el que he estado me han negado el check in, solo en este hotel de porquería
It was okay but the room was in very bad condition and the bathroom was dirty.
No hot water for two days.
The receptionist service was nice.
A/C is not good in the restaurant.
I hope they improve the quality of the bedrooms and bathroom.

Cleanliness is the main issue at this property. White Towels are grey, some towels look like they were used to clean the floor. Beds smell pretty bad, including bedsheets. The bathroom's curtain is full of mold, it seems they are never washed.
Second complain is the elevator, there are two elevators, one is really old, and is barely used due staff recomendation. The main elevator is used by the cleaning ladies making this elevator almost impossible to use specially during the morning (cleaning time), I noticed that these cleaning ladies block the elevator doors withbtheir carts while they are doing something else.
The staff is great and helpful and they are always happy.
A great plus is the car rental company office on site. The subway, food, movies, and many stores are located in the same block.
Electronic keys did not work for several days, somebody had to open the door for you. A/C is the oldest I have ever seen you cannot set tempertature in a precize manner.

This property was not well maintained. The AC did not work well, the key card system did not work resulting in the inconvenience of having to be let in to my room each time I left it. There are better places fir about the same money nearby.
the room i gothad stains in the carpet , the restroom had a strong urine smell, and the worse was the bed sheets had yellow stains and loose hair.
they changed the room , but it was not much difference from the bother.

check-in a las 9:55. el sábado 3 de Sep.
Habitación asignada 518
Llave tipo tarjeta sin funcionar. Cada acceso a la habitación tenía que ir una persona a abrir. La recepcionista indicó que quedaría solucionado el problema en 1hr.
Cambio de habitación a la 517 debido a que la primera se encontraba sucia y sin funcionar el aire acondicionado.
Se notificó a la persona que abrió la habitación que la misma no contaba con toallas de mano y para ducha. indicando que las traería tan pronto como le fuera posible.
10:25 pm salgo del hotel para cenar, previo a mi salida notificó en recepción que no han llegado las toallas y el aire acondicionado no enfría.
11:40 pm regreso a mi habitación, no hay toallas, la habitación está caliente, con el aire encendido. Estando en la habitación percibo malos olores (humedad y polvo)
11:55 pm solicito cancelar mi reservación y reembolso, el cual fue denegado. Solicite hablar con el gerente en turno, sin embargo estaría disponible hasta el lunes.
00:10 am me ofrecen otra habitación, la cual rechacé porque el hotel no cumple con los requerimientos mínimos de higiene y una habitación cómoda acorde con el precio pagado.
00:58 am solicito mi check-in, sin darme algún comprobante de mi salida.
Es lamentable que este hotel no tenga el mínimo cuidado en el servicio que pre
