Si van al estadio Volcan esta perfecto. Te subes al metro y ala siguiente parada ahi te bajas y llegas directo al estadio. La regresada igual. El breakfast 10 de 10!!! Y el precio muy accessible!

Le falta remodelación y fumigar, la habitación es vieja, me desperté dos veces porque se me subieron bichos a la cara. En el baño no tienen jabón ni shampoo, se escuchan todos los ruidos del exterior y de otros cuartos. Las luces parpadeaban al prender. Cuando llegue el piso del baño estaba mojado. Solo lo recomendaría por la ubicación.

Shower head leaked. Remote for air working. One towel, no hand towels and no shower mat. No tv guide. Shower wouldn’t drain. I have used this hotel for over 5 years, will not return.

El clima no funcionaba por que los filtros estaban obstruidos polvo y mugre. También los jabones estaban rellenos de agua. Lamentablemente veníamos de un viaje largo y tuvimos que permanecer en el lugar por el cansancio. Pero al día siguiente de nuevo tuvo que llegar mantenimiento ya que al desconectar el secador se salió todo el cableado de electricidad. Al caer la noche y salir a buscar comida al regresar no había estacionamiento y me querían estacionar afuera del edifico en la avenida de un área extremadamente transitada. Sin responsabilizarse de algún modo por mi vehículo. El velador del lugar empezó a subir su tono a una manera muy irrespetuosa al no querer dejar mi auto afuera. El desayuno no es lo que muestran en la publicidad.la noche fue incómoda al saber que la puerta no cerraba bien. Cabe destacar que algunas mujeres del servicio fueron muy amables y atentas. Les recomiendo que busquen otras opciones por precio calidad. Ya que este no lo vale. Y es mejor evitarse este tipo problemas e inconvenientes.

Este hotel es realmente horrible. Es publicidad engañosa. Las habitaciones no lucen como en las imágenes. Desde el momento uno al llegar nos dieron una habitación en el tercer piso. Al cual preguntamos por el elevador ya que llevaba a mis padres de la tercera edad y todo el equipaje. Pero al ver las escaleras y mis padres no poder acceder por ahí pregunté por el elevador y este estaba fuera servicio. Por lo que pedí que nos cambiaran la habitación a una más accesible para mis padres y me ofrecieron una en el 2do piso esta fue la habitación 352. Al momento de entrar olía a humedad, la habitación era diminuta ysin la puerta corrediza , las sábanas estaban desgastadas y sucias amarillentas, el teléfono no tenía servicio,las paredes estaban asquerosas. No había toallas y muy mala iluminación. Fui a recepción a hablar con el encargado y me trató de la manera más hostil y ruda , me ignoraba utilizando audífonos mientras le hablaba y ni siquiera levantaba la mirada. De mala manera y después de tener una discusión por su actitud nos trasladaron a otra habitación en la cual nuevamente había inconvenientes , la puerta no cerraba, tampoco había toallas y al pedirlas traían cabellos. El clima hacía ruido por lo cual pedímos que viniera mantenimiento de muy mala gana atendieron la petición. Para después volverles a llamar ya que había varios focos fundidos en la habitación y tuvieron que volver a regresar después más tarde ya que el clima no enfriaba y era por que los filtros estaban…..
