Being this place is located in Montgomery, obviously didn’t feel the safest, but other than that this property was a 10/10. The place is absolutely beautiful. Me and my mom stayed here one night because the rodeo was in town. It was amazing, the guy at the front desk was super sweet and gave us water at check in, he also made sure we had everything we needed! They could definitely use more than one elevator though! The room was so spacious along with the bathroom. Couldn’t hear any noise from the road, and no one on the property was loud, it was very peaceful. Beds were very comfortable, sheets were clean, pillow cases and pillows were clean. The air didn’t quite keep the room cool though, no matter how low we turned it, but we had brought fans so it saved us!

My room door didn’t shut all the way. Everything looked dirty and there were pee stains all on the floor around the toilet. Someone was standing in the lobby yelling and ringing the check in desk bell for over an hour at 1 AM. I slept for a few hours and hurried out of there.

This place should be closed down .. nothing works.No ice,drain in shower stopped up,if you park in the rear,the door card reader doesn’t work so you have to walk all the way back around front.Just a terrible experience.

Great place to stay

The front desk ataff was really friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the atmosphere of the hotel. It was near food shopping and entertainment so very convenient. Only suggestion asd more breakfast items. But all and all great hotel.

Runned down

Only 1 ice machine in a 3 story hotel and it was not working. No pictures on the walls, no drapes, a window shade only. Run down and looked like amateurs are doing repairs. No cold water in room, water did not drain in the shower, and shower stall was aweful, floor had a dip in the middle that was not right.
