Booked a suite through Expedia for 3 adults to share. Arrived and hotel blamed Expedia for downgrading us to just a king bed. They were overbooked and downgraded us to accommodate others after I paid for the suite. Had to sleep on a cot due to inconvenience.

Checking in was a little slow. That was due to the desk clerk being so patient with a guest asking questions like how much was the tourist tax & would it show on his bill. The room was clean, well appointed and modern looking. The bathroom was also clean and up-to-date. Breakfast was better than expected: several items with protein (vs all carbs).
