Unresponsive to Family Basic Needs

If you want to have enough towels for the people in your room, this isn't the place to stay. We had four people on our reservation. The first of five nights we only had two towels. We went to the front, and we were told they didn't have any more. They would give us four the next day. On the second day, we did not receive four. We also told them the deadbolt was not working. They said they would send somebody but did not. On the third day I was finally able to get enough towels for the people in our room. Then, they finally gave us room service on the fourth day but again only left us with two towels. The sign in the bathroom said towels would be refreshed every two days. I was told, "They were really busy" on the day I was able to secure enough towels for the people in our room. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and they were unresponsive to our needs (which were basic to the number of people on our reservation). They never fixed the lock. There was mold around all the handrails in the shower, and all the hand towel racks were rusted out. We responded to texts from them, stopped at the front desk to speak to people, and emailed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are disgusting!! Sheets for the pull out couch had old blood stains on them, mold on the shower and shower curtains, furniture and nightstands were dirty and had not been wiped down or cleaned. Just gross!!

I could hear someone walking in room above be. Apparently some work was being done past 10pm one night. And i was getting whiffs of sewage periodically throughout the evening. And floor was squeaking when i walk. Bed was comfortable and check in/out service was great.

Did not get the opportunity to stay at or see the Home to Home Suites in Prattville. Unfortunately my vehicle left me stranded, even though I did attempt to cancel the reservation. I was late and the institution was unable to assist. I did purchase the travel insurance via Expedia and again was denied. The travel insurance does not cover personal vehicle use. Representatives at Home to Home were unwavering and I was not able to get my $261.02 refunded. Not to customer friendly

Very dirty. Linens were clean, but dirty fingerprints everywhere. Dishes in kitchenette had splattered food on them. Toilet had a cracked top and one working flush button. No hand soap provided in bathroom. The bathroom door was broken and did not close properly. Rust on fridge, door, etc.

A wonderful nights stay

Great location for shopping and restaurants. Very well kept hotel, appreciated the EV chargers and staff. Spacious hotel room, wonderful complimentary breakfast. Would recommend!

Roomy and Clean but furniture very worn

The room was spacious and the bed super comfy. The only issue is that the rest of the furniture was very worn and the kitchen only had one spoon and no forks. The staff was nice however our room wasn’t ready for an hour after normal check in.

This location was just okay. They did not have any paper towels in the room, nor were the warming unit and skillet available, despite the sign in the room indicating that these could be obtained from the front desk. When I went to the front desk to request paper towels and the warming unit and skillet, I was informed that there were no paper towels available and that the warming units and skillets were not functioning properly. This was very disappointing, especially given the indication that these items should be available. Additionally, the kitchen area had limited items to use. As a result of these inconveniences, we ended up going out to pick up dinner.
