Home for the Holidays

Absolutely loved the location and privacy. John was very polite and checked in daily to make sure everything was going good. It is the perfect getaway with plenty of space to host Thanksgiving! We were able to get settled in and have dinner ready for my family and a few of the OTS friends my sister made. Everyone loved it and enjoyed the perfect ranch getaway! We also enjoyed feeding Trigger apples and playing with MooMoo. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool, playground area and finishing the night off with some music by the firepit! We will definitely be staying again when we are in the area!

Perfect for our Needs

We stayed 5 nights at this location. The amenities justify the price. The pool and deck space was lovely. There is a small hot tub as well. One of my favorite features is the sunroom/playroom area. Our kids loved the Pac-Man game and giant Uno. The smart tvs were a nice feature. The home is on the older side but comfortable. There is a horse and cat on the property, my kids loved them both. The only suggestion I would make is with the price point I would consider having a few more options for cookware in regards to sizes and stocking a higher quality toilet paper/towels.

Lovely stay and very relaxing

Thank you for very nice birthday weekend. Extremely nice owners and their children. Swimming pool is big. Great place to rest both with children and with dogs. Owners have the horse on the property He is extremely friendly and love carrots :)

A little country in the city

We absolutely loved this place. Its a country house close to the city. We had so much room for the 2 of us. Each had our own bath. John had the complete backyard set up from the big swimming pool, tv on the deck, charcoal grill oh and the best one is the friendliest horse roaming the yard. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great place for privacy and enjoying the outdoors!

This property was amazing. There were many activities on-site and we got to enjoy the horse casually roaming in the backyard (along with a deer or two). The house is good for large or small groups. You can enjoy a stay-cation or the many attractions that are close like the mall and Civil Rights museum.

Great Property for a Family Visit

This place worked great for our trip to visit my family. The property the house sits on is amazing! It’s huge, plenty of space for the kids to run around, and beautiful to look at while sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee in the morning. We invited everyone over for breakfast after Thanksgiving and hosted them in the sunroom. I know the listing calls it a cabin, but it has enough upgrades and updates to feel more like a house. Too chilly to use the pool but it sure looked inviting! No complications with check in or check out, we would stay here again if we were to travel to Montgomery in the future.
