Manager was amazing, she helped us get into our room at check in with ease. After checking in we noticed that there wasn't a hairdrryer in the room and she quickly retrieved a brand new one for our stay. Rooms were pretty soundprooof. Did not hear the patrons next door. If I could give a few feedback issues they would be have a roll of paper towel, box of kleenex, small container of dish soap and a hand towel to dry dishes rather than using the dishwasher. Would stay here again.in the future. Great location, quiet area behind a mall. Felt safe walking to the local Golden Corral, a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The did have coffee in the lobby available at 7 am, but we had our own full size coffee maker in the room which I knew ahead of time and brought filters and coffee for the first morning.

The room was clean, very spacious, and nice. The area that the hotel was located in was kind of tucked off and quiet. The only thing that could have been a bit better was the mattress. It was kinda flimsy and sinks when you lay down. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Staff was amazing and super nice. Loved the full kitchen, but room cleanliness was not the best. There was dried food on stove top and counters in kitchen and sleeping area had not been wiped.
