An open kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, and it features an open-hearth fireplace along with a dining table. This kitchen provides direct access to one of the terraces. The ground floor is completed by 2 shower, bidet, and WC bathrooms.

The upper floor is reached via an open staircase and offers a living and sleeping room with sloping ceilings, a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, and satellite TV. There is also a room with a french bed and a dedicated shower, bidet, and WC, as well as 2 additional rooms, each featuring sloping ceilings and a french bed measuring 160 cm.
