Our room was a frustrating place at first: it lacked lighting and the bathroom sink was blocked. When we complained, we were told it would be sorted out the next day. Repairs sorted out the problem but partly.
There were only 1 small and 1 large towel in our room and as a couple, we asked for more. The lady at reception was reluctant to give more and queried how many we were. Well, as per booking, we were two and we use separate towels, Madam, even if married.
Buffet breakfast was average. We were bluntly told that we are not allowed to have breakfast on prepared tables that have cutlery in place as these are reserved for the restaurant. This is fine for us but was an embarrassing moment as this restriction was not written anywhere. One customer who looked French was later on allowed to sit and have breakfast on one of the ‘restaurant’ tables and received no criticism from the young waitress which made us even more frustrated. We decided not to renew the experience.
After this event, we decided not to try the restaurant either. We did not want to be embarrassed again for breaching unknown rules.
Cleaning was fine as the cleaning lady was quite gentle and our towel problem only recurred once in 7 nights because they had a temporary shortage.
The hotel seems to care for the environment but absence of towel racks made reusing towels impossible. There were no soap holders but this is now common in France.

Qu'insinuez vous lorsque vous dîtes qu'un Client Français peut s'asseoir sur des tables réservés pour le restaurant et pas vous? C'est n'importe quoi!
Nous séparons l'espace réservé pour le service de restauration, dressé avec des verres à pied, des doubles couverts..il me paraît évident que cette partie n'état pas pour le Pdj qui se sert en plateau sur toute la partie principale de la salle.
Par ailleurs vous aviez réservé pour 6 au restaurant le dernier soir mais n'avez jamais annulé..
Quant aux serviettes, vous avez un portant derrière la porte...En effet, ce n'est pas très écologique de vouloir faire changer toutes ses serviettes tous les jours comme ce fut le cas.
Il n'y a pas de porte savon, mais un distributeur de savon gel douche dans la salle de bain.
Evier débouché le l'an demain à la première heure.

Highly recommend if in the area

As I did not know the area and it is not a large city, I was unsure on what to expect of the the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the property, it is very well maintained, I had a friendly greeting. The room was very clean, every you would need, comfortable bed. The restaurant was great, the food was good quality and organic, two courses for €20 and a wide range of options.

I booked this hotel a couple of weeks in advance. I was nervous because it said no one would be there at the time of our check in. We did not get there until nearly 10 p.m. I emailed the hotel and they said they would send me a code to get in the gate. Unfortunately, this did not happen. However, when we got there. I was able to call and get the information to get in.Make sure to have Google translate ready, if you don't speak Fremch. When we got in it was also a little tricky finding our room. We finally remembered that the floors are numnered differently in France and other countries and then found our room. The key was in am envelope on the door. Once we got in the room, we were very pleased. There were three of us myself, my elderly mother, and my teenage daughter. The room had one double bed (felt closer to a queen) and one single bed, a TV, and a desk. It was quite a large room. The bathroom was nice with a stand up shower. It was clean and very comfortable. We loved it and would stay again.

I visited on a business trip. Overall, for the price, I think it is a good choice. Helpful staff and generally pretty comfortable. I thought the meals served in the evening were very good - nice breakfast as well. Wifi seemed a bit slow from my room. Just 10 mins or so from Orly Airport, so convenient if flying in/out of there. There is not much in the immediate local area to see.

Pros: Close to Orly Airport
Reasonably priced.
Cons: Food was mediocre at best. Small portions and nothing special.
Location: It's in a largely residential area - not easy to find if not familiar with the area. The GPS on our car could not find it. My Blackberry did.
This hotel is about 4 kilometers from Orly Airport BUT you will need a good map or GPS to find it. Staff courteous, price reasonable, clean room, parking included. Restaurant food was disappointing.

Affordable, quite good restaurant, fine for biz
Posted Oct. 17, 2016 on HotelsThis is an affordable place. It looks a bit run down, but it is clean. The rooms may need an upgrade, but it's fine for a coupe of nights. Decent wifi. Surprisingly good restaurant.
