It was awful we was lied to about the swimming pool that's the whole reason for us staying so our son can swim we was told it would be open the first day then the second day we was told we get a room it would be open and neither day did he get you swim false advertisement

Undisclosed problems lack of accessibility

The staff was very friendly check in went well except for being informed that the elevator closed at 11pm. With no explaination. Until asked again. Construction which was not disclosed up front. We had a fully accessible room which did not have a shower chair or bench.so not accessible with no accommodation offered.When i asked they said they did not provide shower chairs. Also asked for a late check out but they had no availability for that. Front desk was very knowledgeable about restaurant choices. The construction was off putting. Our room was comfortable though the floor in my side of the bed was springy and creaky. The lack of accommodations for the problems was my only real concern. Otherwise an ok stay. Should not have a 9.0 rating

We were there for a friends wedding. The first night our heating unit didn’t work at all and the room was cold. We told them the next morning and they immediately put in a new unit and we had no problems after that. Very accommodating and friendly.

Travel pit stop!

Very nice break from travel trip from Georgia to Virginia. Soft pillows, firm bed; clean. Yummy breakfast. No highway noise. Go to Mayberry after breakfast with your to-go coffee!

Room was nice but the hotel was under construction. Some staff was super friendly others not so much. Hotel and room was clean but there was no warm water for shower, no fans in bathrooms and tv remote did not work very well. I would give it a try another time but no ET on completion. I feel we should have been told that the hotel was under construction. Lots of sawing, hammering and noise. Location was good
