Staff was great until we got to the breakfast area, there was an older lady with a rude attitude toward my guests and that make me feel awkward. First room we got had a strong marihuana smell, and that is not good for your scores.

Staff ignored me while they continued to work and stated they were busy when I asked to check in. I had to wait for the lady to finish working and check her personal phone before saying “I need you ID”. I was never greeted. I felt like a bother rather than a guest. Rudest check in experience I’ve ever had!

Room was very dated. Couch was very worn. Floors needed to be cleaned and replaced. Paint on door jam. Room smelled clean but didn't feel clean

This was a very scary place. Two rooms down there was somebody smoking crack outside of their room. And then when I went into mine, there was a dirty Band-Aid hanging off the eye peep hole on the door.

Room is being renovated with visible plaster, unfinished. No wifi in the room with no assistance from the front desk or Wyndham to help fix the oriblem. Breakfast minimal. Whole experience not up to Wyndham standards!

When we arrived at the hotel the police responded to a dispute. First red flag. Then the room we had smelled like old bleach and the room looked like it needed a lot of repairs. I requested for another room which was not that much better than the first one.The ceiling had molded the floors were cracking. The amount of money I paid for the room I would never again.
