This hotel had great staff and wonderfully maintained and cleaned rooms. At a time when $400+/night chain hotels are only providing housekeeping every 3 - 7 days unless orherwise requested, it was quite a treat to have daily service at this hotel without asking. The breakfast food was pretty standard, but well presented and refreshed. 5 out of 5 for me!

This was such a great place to stay. The room was cozy, clean, beautifully decorated, and SO big. There was a sofa bed! The price was excellent too. The only disappointment was not being able to door dash food…it was later in the evening though…all in all try this place out!!

The lobby and staff were good. I do feel like they should always ask if you need one or two keys since there were two of us there. The elevator was quite a bit shaky, the room was very subpar. There was a hair on the bed, the curtains were stained like someone with greasy hands closed them. There was a picture removed from the wall which only exposed how dirty and grimy the walls were. There were dogs barking in the middle of the night, in the hotel. The bathroom amenities were not new but it in old refillable bottles which just seemed a bit icky. The carpet had several weird lumps under it, almost like screws or bolts were underneath it. The bed and pillows were also very uncomfortable. Both my wife and I struggled to get to sleep and woke up with various body pains. The breakfast was very lacking. The waffle maker was dirty and there was no brush to clean it. The eggs were cold and very wet and there were several other areas empty so I’m not sure what was supposed to be there. I do a lot of travel up this way and was hoping to find a good “stop” part way up north, but I will keep looking.

Unfortunately, we were put in a room with no working TV. I'm not sure why they would put anyone in there in the first place or at least ask if it's important to us. No manger was working to discuss this matter. The property was ok, the breakfast was lacking compared to other comfort inn suites. Staff was really friendly, probably will skip this property next time.
