"Sun Parc is an okay hotel mainly due to its excellent location if your aim is visiting Europa-Park and Rulantica. It is about 5 minutes from Rulantica and 10 minutes from Europa-Park, making it a convenient and more affordable option for families. The bed presentation was poor, with torn bed linen and a large amount of hair on the beds. When lifting the mattress, the area under the bed was extremely dirty, showing a lack of proper cleaning. As there is no carpet, regular cleaning under the beds should be expected. The shower has excellent water pressure, but the space is small, especially for taller guests, and the curtain sticks to the body. The bathroom also had an unpleasant sewage-like smell. The hotel is quiet, reception is not 24 hours, and we did not see much staff during our stay.
