The house is located in the northern part of Costa Rei that takes the name of Rei Playa. On foot you can reach the nearest beach which is about 250 mt. or take the car and within a radius of 10/15 Km visit the most picturesque beaches of South-East Sardinia. The apartment consists of: a double bedroom, a small room with single bed and a comfortable sofa bed that turns into a large double bed.
It is located on the 1st floor: it is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, barbecue. It has a large veranda with beautiful sea view where you can eat and admire the sea and the sunrise.
On the ground floor there is a garden with an outdoor shower, very convenient for returning from the sea.
The area is well served, within walking distance there is a supermarket, a restaurant, a newsstand and 2 times a week the open air market in the nearby market square.
