Villa Fico d'India is a true gem on Monte Nai, just 800 meters from the sea! Enjoy breathtaking views of the gulf, with a 180-degree panorama stretching from Peppino Rock to Serpentara Island and Capo Ferrato, with mountains in the background. The villa is located in a gated residential complex with private entrance and elevator.
Access the villa via a stone staircase or the elevator, along a path lined with flowers and colorful flowerbeds. The gate opens to your new home: Villa Fico d'India! Inside, the living room and kitchen form the heart of the villa, equipped with oven, dishwasher, wood stove, and stunning views of Peppino Rock. The dining area is perfect for romantic dinners.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom, but the real delight is outside in the garden. The terrace with pergola is ideal for relaxing, and the outdoor double bedroom features a French bed, stone bathroom, and outdoor shower to enjoy the gulf view. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms: one with a small balcony and panoramic terrace, the other with a glass wall overlooking the sea and a stone bathroom.
Guests also have access to a small shared pool, reached via stone steps and flower gardens. There is also an eco-island for recycling. Villa Fico d'India is a paradise for 6-8 people: relaxation, sea, and nature in a unique setting!
