Otranto: SPLENDID TENUTA WITH POOL AND TENNIS COURSE.

Ideal geographical context very reserved in the countryside, nice furnishings. Distance from the sea 8 minutes from Otranto, 30 from Gallipoli, 15 Castro and S. Cesarea, 45 from S. Maria di Leuca. Both the Villa and the Recidence are inserted in a context of Mediterranean scrub, the rooms treated in every detail with air conditioning and television and spaces with barbecue for outdoor dining.
The two sectors are both equipped with a swimming pool, one for the Villa and one for the four villas of the Residence, while the tennis court is used in common by all the guests of the Estate. In addition, each area has its own parking.
The tennis court in regular cement measures, is a bit 'wavy on the surface due to the roots of pine and olive trees but practicable and with everything you need to rackets and balls available in the estate. This field equipped with dressing room and outdoor lighting can be used free of charge throughout the stay.
Everything that can be used in everyday life, water, electricity, cooking gas, parking, wood and charcoal for barbecue is included in the price. Also in the estate there is an annex of 2 + 1 beds that can be booked separately and with an additional cost.

Better than expected...

We were 2 families with children (12,8, 6, 5). Villa is very well located directly on autostrada to all directions within Puglia region. It is also very well equiped so children will never be bored - table tennis, tennis court, volleyball court, futball and plenty of others. The whole area is enormously spacious. Biggest advantage is the large swimming pool. The owner and his son Matteo (who was the only one we met personally during our stay), because his father came every day very early in the morning and fixed and cleaned everything up, before we even woke up. Especially the outside grill (we used it almost every day) was cleaned and ready for use with wood and new package of coal. every day. Matteo is staying at the property (there are other villas as well) and promptly reacts on any queries you might have. Also gave us a tips for grocery shopping and fresh caught as well. We enjoyed our stay very well, missing that peacefull place already We will definitely recommend this poperty - it's ideal for families with kids and also for people who wants to discover the beauties of Puglia, as we did every day. Bellissima esperienza

Bellissima esperienza tra amici che ha saputo accontentare tutti i gusti: campo da volley, Ping pong, piscina grande e sempre pulita grazie alla manutenzione giornaliera del sign Giuseppe. DisponibilitĂ  massima dai proprietari. La struttura ha ben divisi gli spazi con aria condizionata in ogni camera, ma tranne nel soggiorno. Dotazione della biancheria apprezzatissima. Unica pecca che sicuramente miglioreranno la funzionalitĂ  del wi-fi che non era sufficiente, ma in vacanza puĂČ anche non essere necessario. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Fabulous property, could use a few things

We rented this house with six other friends and it was lovely. There’s a gorgeous pool where we swim laps every day and all sorts of fun things that we didn’t get to like badminton and tennis and ping-pong, bocce. The rooms were comfortable and lovely with lots of screens so that you could have the air passing through. The kitchen was the only thing lacking, there were not enough dish towels, there were no paper towels, there were no napkins, there are no placemats. Given the care they put into other things, like monogrammed sheets, I think the kitchen could be nicer. There could be better silverware, and better implements for cooking. And a better variety of pots. But this is a minor criticism. We had a lovely time and cooked every night quite successfully. We would definitely come back to this place. One other thing, because it is next to a highway, some of our friends found it noisy.

Ottima location per vacanza di gruppo

Splendida villa con spazi ampi, ben attrezzati, bella vegetazione, molto confortevole e rilassante, ideale per stare insieme a familiari ed amici numerosi per giornate intere. Viene voglia di non uscire e restare lĂŹ e sfruttare tutto quello che offre: piscina, volley, ping pong, tennis, bocce, biliardino, biciclette, biliardo, idromassaggio. Per il costo elevato in alta stagione, basterebbe poco di piĂč per arrivare all'eccellenza: qualche riparazione in piĂč, wi-fi e TV piĂč moderni e efficienti, elettrodomestici piĂč affidabili (lavatrice e frigorifero), piĂč cura nei particolari. Comunque bellissima vacanza.

Tutto perfetto!

Siamo stati a Villa Crie tra il 20 e il 30 agosto 2016. La tenuta Ăš perfetta, curata in ogni particolare e adatissima ad una vacanza in gruppo anche con bambini, noi eravamo 8 adulti piĂč 7 bambini (di 7 mesi a 9 anni). Il parco Ăš tenuto davvero bene da Giuseppe che ogni mattina su preoccupa di riordinare il bbq (e ripristinare la legna consumata) e la zona piscina. Il BBQ Ăš il fiore all'occhiello, usabilissimo anche da parte dei meno esperti Ăš molto adatto a serata in compagnia essendo anche molto vicino al fantastico tavolone di legno sotto il gazebo. Ogni sera Ăš stata una festa. La Villa Ăš molto bella (meno la dependance) e dotata i ogni comfort. E poi c'Ăš Giuseppe, sembra quasi che siano due o tre cloni per la velocitĂ  con cui riesce a risolvere ogni esigenza. Maglie Ăš molto vicina (5 min in macchina) e presenta delle chicche culinarie da non perdere: dal forno che sforna oltre al pane e agli immancabili taralli anche piatti pronti super. Ne abbiamo provati un paio: ottimi. Giuseppe saprĂ  poi indicarvi un ottimo caseificio (che produce anche gli spumoni salentini: consiglio caffĂš e nocciola) e la psticceria giusta per i pasticciotti. Altri posti da vedere: Otranto (10-15 minuti) merita una visita e Specchia Ăš un gioiello. A Muro Leccese vale la pena una passegiata per un buon caffĂš leccese (espreso, ghiaccio e latte di mandorla) nella piazza centrale. Noi abbiamo girato un pĂČ le varie spiagge del salento, forse perĂČ le piĂč vicine (stabilimenti di Alimini - 20 minuti di macchina) sono le piĂč comode. In sintesi... tutto molto molto bene. Complimenti e grazie!!!

Amazing villa and hospitality

We have just returned from a 10day stay at tenuta le crie ,we could not have asked for anything more , it exceeded our expectations in every way , Guissrppe and his son Mateo could not have been more welcoming kind gracious and generous hosts , The villa was amazing and immaculate , it was the most well equipped villa we have ever come across , it has a huge swimming pool with water polo nets and inflatables an outdoor whirlpool , sun beds with Canopies and parasols ,a wonderful outside eating area with fires BBQ and facilities that were replenished daily , it has a flood lit tennis court with changing /equipment building , baules lane ,badminton volleyball table.tennis ruins ,books and a lovely resturant just down the track , karting is near by and otranto beach is 15 min drive away , we as a family of five , three young men with two girlfriends and great aunt could not have wished for more ,in the basement there is also a games room with an excellent pool table and chess !! We did not have enough time to enjoy all that was on offer , The price also included a linen change and end of stay clean ! And as if this wasn't enough , Guisseppe would arrive around 6am every day to very quietly go about cleaning the pool and gardens etc all done and gone before we woke , it was as if the fairies had been ,Magical ,Thank you
