"I have been other quite similar thermal resorts across Japan and this one was among the worst. Drink offering (only few items) in the onsens goes till 20:00, no ice cream, no other stuff that you can easily find after your onsen experience in other hotels. The staff, especially external staff (fortune teller) doesnt seem to care about its opening hours and leave hours earlier. A very big old building and that s about it."
