Margate Tower is conveniently located with easy access to Highway 17 and major Myrtle Beach attractions. Most guests choose to drive, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area. Free parking is available at the resort for registered guests. Nearby attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, and shopping centers are only a short drive away. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from the resort. Walking the beach and surrounding Kingston Plantation paths is also a great way to explore the area and enjoy the oceanfront scenery.

Additional important details for your stay:
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of linens, towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. For extended stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies.

* Laundry: A washer and dryer are provided in the condo for your convenience. Detergent, softener, and dryer sheets are not included.

* Coffee Maker: A drip and K-cup coffee maker is provided. Coffee, creamer, or sweeteners are not included.

* Beach Gear: Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included with the condo but are available for seasonal rental directly from the on-duty lifeguards on the beach. Sun loungers are available at the pool area.

* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $100 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our spacious 4-bedroom 3-bathroom condo in Myrtle Beach. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed within 1-hour of booking.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. A $500 fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee of $500 that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 10 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
