This has to be the go when traveling to Myrte Beach! The unit was as advertised and perfect for the kids. It had it all! Checkers, board games and even 2 actual arcade games! Check in was flawless and noticeably smoother without all the waiting and extra fess at traditional hotel front desks.

Make sure to get a parking pass. Host said would bring one. Never did. Thankfully didnt get towed. The AC unit in bedroom will stay on FO. Was told numerous times it would be fixed but felt I got run around. The place is a good location.

This place was precious. We enjoyed our stay very much. The resort amenities were very nice and great for children. There is a Murphy bed in the bedroom, so this unit would be perfect for families with small children that need to sleep in the same room with their parents. I'm in my late 60s, so the parking situation was perfect for us. If you park on the third level of the parking deck, you are literally feet away from the door with no stairs or elevator needed. This was an unexpected and delightful surprise. The balcony is perfect. You can see the pool and the ocean. So the view is nice, but it sits a little to the side of the pool, so you feel like you have a little more privacy when sitting outside. We loved that. I will definitely choose to stay in this unit again and bring my grandchildren

Place was perfect for our family of 4. The king size bed was comfortable and my son enjoyed sleeping on the sofa bed. Our host Ken communicated very well throughout our stay. It was nice & different with the games. We checked in over 3 hours late because the owner didn't respond with our check-in information. We had to call Vrbo customer service for escalated help. Then we had to call back for room number & tv remotes weren't working. The balcony door handle is broken, so if you have small kids be careful. The air wouldn't adjust to a temperature, it only read FO in bedroom. No sheets for sleeper sofa. Other than that, it was convenient and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall the place was nice. The garage being close to the door was amazing. I felt safe in the area by myself. Everyone was super nice at the resort. The beach access was right next to the building. You can see the beach from the balcony. The worst things about it are that the living room when you walked in smelled like straight dog pee. (BAD) The bedroom and bathroom did not smell too bad. I just used febreeze. The couch and chairs had stains on them. I just avoided all the other furniture and used the bed. The sheets were stained. I brought my own sheets based on previous reviews. The shower takes 30 minutes AT LEAST to get warm, so start it early. The towels were just thrown on on the bottom of the sink area. They were also heavily stained. I would bring your own. The door is a little janky and you have to make sure to slam it or it doesn’t latch. Overall nice place just needs a deep clean and air fresheners.

The location is great and communication with host was great! The reasons I gave it a poor score was the beds are not comfortable plus the pull out sofa was covered in mold. Sheets and blankets are not clean. The shower has no water pressure unless you turn the hot water completely on and burn yourself.

Good points: nice place, good location, great parking if you are able to get in the garage, literally Right outside your room. Nice amenities, nice beach and pool view, furniture, kitchen and bathroom were stocked. There were two arcade machines, tv’s in both rooms, and some nice extra touches to the room with the wall fireplace. (Not real people, just fake fire with electric heat but it was a nice touch to the room) host was very responsive to our questions. The main bed and the Murphy bed were good. Good valueNot so good’s - the room is totally separate from the hotel, so they don’t do cleaning service or towels, trash bags… etc. Your on your own, you have 4 sets of towels wash cloths and a couple dish towels. Had to do some extra cleaning from the last folks that were there. Needed more information about the place when you get there. Where things are located, what’s the hotel rules, policy, we had to figure all that out on our own. The air conditioner was on the Fritz in the bedroom, good thing it was not melt your face off hot outside. There was some things damaged or broken when we got there, nothing to serious. The couch bed was not so good. Hard to get back in place and uncomfortable. Overall nice place for the price, I would go back but I hope they get the towel thing worked out. That was one of the most inconvenient things about it.

The condo is clean and good for a part of 2. For 6 there is not enough room. The beds did not have sheets and blankets (there were two throw blankets and sheets that didn’t fit). The pullout couch had springs showing and the wall bed had no sheets.When trying to cook the smoke detectors went off constantly. The towels and wash cloths are for 2. The Internet of the condo did not work most of the time we were there(not host fault). The check in process was easy. The host did respond to every interaction I sent. Also the pool was closed for two of the 7 days there.

The room description should be updated. The king bed and murphy bed are in the same room. The sofa bed is in a room by itself. The sofa bed is very thin and the springs are definitely felt. It wouldnt fit 2 adults comfortably. There were stains on the sofa bed sheets and king bed sheets, which i will attach. We messaged the host and didnt hear back immediately so we went and bought sheets. When they replied, they did offer to send maintenance, but I told them I had taken care of it. The beds are not super comfortable, but we made the best of it. The king bed did have an exposed bolt- my son found with his leg. Ouch! The fire alarms did go off every time the oven was used. The 1st night they beeped all night due to dying batteries, so we bought more batteries. The sliding glass doors lock was broken, but we were able to use the bar lock. The balconies are connected and you can easily see the other balconies, so we were definitely concerned over the lock. The unit is technically oceanfront, but over looks the chairs by the lazy river and a parking lot to the building in front of the hotel. We only had 3 hotel bracelets for the pool. I messaged the host a couple times about the needed 4th bracelet and never heard back. The hotel itself was decent. There is laundry, however, there were 3 dryers and 2 were broke. We went to the mgmt office and spoke to someone who said they had not been made aware of the broken dryers (even though there was an out of order post it)

The property was not clean, there was hair on the bed, not just a little hair.The key lock was not easily understood, there were no directions on locking the door (the host was rude about the fact that I didnt know how to use this) I have stayed in plenty of places and there are directions left for just about everything.The tub was scorching hot (again, from the host- "never had an issue and you just keep turning until it gets to the temp you want it). Not true, there was no cold water at allThe sliding glass door, the handle was completely broke off, unable to lock it, again from the host-this is why there is a stick there to "lock" it. I originally booked for 2 days, I left after one day. Unfortunately would not recommend this place and have not had to ever write a bad review. Hopefully this can be fixed because the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Awful experience from the moment we arrived. Made it all the way to the parking garage and still did not receive a door code or even what room number we were in. Had to sit in a hot car after traveling for 7 hours to wait for that information from the host. The reservation was made several weeks in advance, so it was not a last minute rushed booking. Anyway, finally got into the room and it had not been cleaned after the last guests. All towels were dirty and in piles in the floor, bed was used and dirty. Bathroom was filthy including private hairs on the toilet and a toilet brush with feces on it. Dirty dishes in the sink. Dog hair and dust and crumbs in every corner. Mold literally growing on the bathroom wall. It was clearly never cleaned well and not just dirty from the previous guests. I contacted the host to let them know and was once again given excuses for why this happened. They told me it would be a couple hours to get someone to clean. We were unable to go to our dinner because we didnt have a place to get ready. So when the room was finally ready we go back. It was still filthy. Dirty linens were sloppily spread onto the bed, towels were barely rolled up and shoved under the sink, couldn't even tell if they were clean or not. The filth and mold was still there. Communication with the host was frustrating and delayed. I couldn't stay there with kids and had to book another hotel in the middle of the night. Which cut into our vacation budget pretty hard. DO NOT BOOK

We did have a good stay and everything ended up being fine but the owner did give me some anxiety with a few things. After my initial booking of 2 adults and 1 child I needed to change it to 2 adults and 2 children, I was charged an additional 29 to guarantee we had 4 pool bracelets, no biggie I thought, but when we got checked in there were only 2 pool bracelets and when I messaged about needing 2 more I was told "oh they don't even check that you'll probably be fine" second there wasn't a parking pass in the room and the owner said " I have plenty of extra passes in my car but I'm hours away the front desk will have them for you" okay we got to the front desk and are met with a battle because "that's VRBO not us we're not supposed to give out parking passes when you didn't book with us but went through VRBO instead" she did eventually give us one but that was a bit of a scare for a minute. As an adult with anxiety I like to have a plan and what I need. I expect others to do what they're supposed to do and be prepared as well especially an owner of a condo that's being rented out. So that first hour or so was a little much. I would not have felt comfortable to leave my car in the parking deck without a car pass. With that being said once we got everything figured out everything was fine, the room was nice and clean and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The water pressure in the shower was also not great and no hot water, warm but not hot.

Got to the room and the room didn’t look anything like we rented. Furniture was too dirty to sit on, decor was different, no view of the water, area rug was filthy and smelled like pee, no arcade games. It was a completely different room. Tried to have the front desk put us in the room we rented, said they can’t bc that’s the information they received for our room, talked to host without resolution. VRBO rep was amazing, helped us get out and find a clean room comparable to what was advertised.
