This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Myrtlewood Villas offers ample space for up to 8 guests. The open living room features cozy furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal prep, while the dining table seats 6. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room converts to a sleeper for additional guests.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and sports courts. The resort is just a short drive from the beach and provides easy access to the Atlantic. There is also an on-site golf course, and additional golf courses are nearby.

Interaction with Guests
Self check-in is available via a smart lock system. We provide detailed instructions and are available via phone, email, or messaging for any assistance during your stay. Please note, all guests must be at least 25 years old, and smoking and pets are not allowed inside the condo.

Myrtle Beach offers a wide range of activities, from dining at places like The Sea Captain's House and River City Café to shopping at Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common. You can also enjoy outdoor adventures at Myrtle Beach State Park or Huntington Beach State Park, and explore water sports, fishing, and golf. Please be aware that all guests must be at least 25 years old to rent with us. Additionally, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required. We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
