This newly updated 2-bedroom Myrtle Beach Resort condo is currently undergoing renovations scheduled for completion in April 2026, including fresh paint throughout, freshly painted kitchen cabinetry, new countertops, a new HVAC system, brand-new furniture throughout, and updated coastal décor. Located inside the 33-acre gated Myrtle Beach Resort, this park-view condo offers a relaxing retreat just steps from the beach and the many amenities throughout the resort. New photos coming soon!
The condo features a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom (to be replaced with twin over queen bunkbeds after renovations), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Flat-screen TVs throughout, comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms provide everything needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The condo is located very close to the Lazy River Water Park — visible from the bedroom — and just a short walk to the beach and other resort amenities.
Amenities in the A Building include the popular 375-foot heated lazy river water park with kiddie pool and wet deck, heated pool, hot tub, oceanfront pool, fitness center, Seabreeze convenience store, NY Pizza, rooftop sundecks, laundry facilities, as well as picnic and grilling areas.
Guests have full access to the many amenities throughout the oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resort, including six pools (indoor and outdoor), five hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, volleyball, playground, putting green, picnic and grilling areas, and of course the resort’s beautiful semi-private beach.
