*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo.

* 1 King bed, 2 twin beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony with beautiful backyard view.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

A fun winter in Myrtle Beach

We are retired and spent February March and half of April at this condo and we thoroughly enjoyed it in the area. The condo location is close to many activities, restaurants and shopping. The condo was well equipped in the kitchen, comfortable patio and nicely appointed in general. We are in our 70s and so being on the third floor with no elevator was sometimes a little challenging, but other than that it was a wonderful stay would highly recommend this listing.

Perfect for Us

Our host was extremely responsive and cares that guests are happy. If there is anything that needs attention, it will be taken care of right away. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much. Check in and check out could not be any easier. The neighborhood is well taken care of, and it was a pleasure staying here. I hated to leave!!

The rental was very nice and clean and I thought the cost was a great value, especially in comparisons to the hotels we looked at. The main bedroom toilet was apparently leaking into the apartment below us so we were unable to use that bathroom for a few days but things happen and while unfortunate, we still enjoyed the apartment and will absolutely try and stay there again the next time we visit Myrtle Beach

Great location but location needs renovation and a deep cleaning

The condo is located near Broadway at the Beach and within minutes of the beach! However the condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and renovations. The furniture is very outdated and mismatched. It seems the furniture is definitely a collection of hammy downs or secondhand furniture. I would also recommend giving the condo a very deep cleaning. When we arrived the curtain rods were falling down, outdoor patio furniture looked mildewed, and I had to give the place a good wipe down. On the last night my 5yr old had a rash after falling asleep on the couch watching a movie. The rash was consistent with the position he fell asleep. I shared this but my concernS were dismissed.

Clean pet friendly condo in great location

The condo is clean, no pet odor at all. The location is great; central to everything, it is a corner condo so no one on one side. The only downside about location is it is close to the entrance, therefore during bike week (which our stay overlapped) you hear bikes loud and clear. However, the property does not allow them in which is great, they just all park at the gatehouse which is right near this building. The condo is third floor with no elevator, we appreciated the exercise! Property owner was great with communication and very friendly. We did not bring our two dogs as intended (one was not well and they are inseparable), but she refunded the pet fee with no issues. Again, no odor of pets and couldn’t tell it was a pet rental at all. I found the king bed to be fairly comfortable, my husband did not so maybe a matter of preference. We would stay again!
