That View!

This place was great. It is an ocean-facing 10th floor unit located in a building that is right on the beach (in this building all of the units may be ocean-facing). We had no issues getting in, and the management company was very attentive, reaching out directly to obtain whatever additional information the rental required.The description of the unit and amenities is fairly accurate, but I would like to highlight that there is NO LAUNDRY IN-UNIT. There are laundry facilities on site (coin/app operated), and the machines are good, but if you're coming with little kids and need that constant access, you may find the above limitation impactful.Also, when they tell you that you will need to provide your own... everything, including beach toys, chairs, accessories, etc, they're not kidding. The same can be said of the kitchen supplies (like spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, etc.) as this kitchen is the opposite of stocked... about the only thing you will find consumable is ice! So for longer stays you'll need to stock up from scratch.There are some recommendations I would offer the owners/management, like providing items in multiples of 6 (since the apartment claims to be able to host 6), so everything from chairs to plates to mugs to... spoons should be offered in such multiples. These are small additions that have an immense impact on overall group experience and satisfaction, but WE HAD A GREAT STAY, and will DEFINITELY LOOK TO RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

Do not stay at this condo/property

Sadly, when we arrived at the condo complex, we found the property to be lacking in upkeep and management. Elevators kept breaking during our stay. Some public areas were dirty, malodorous, and very "tired" in appearance. The property and public areas definitely need work!!!Our condo had not properly been cleaned. Previous renters left pans that had been put away but never washed. The floors were disgusting, and one of the pillow cases had large stains on it. Thankfully, the floors were recleaned and the pillowcase was replaced. The condo owners need to replace the sofas and throw pillows. Both had suspect stains, cat scratches, and a horrible odor. Furniture on the balcony is not comfortable and conducive to enjoying the outdoors.The view is lovely, as is the sound of the ocean. The bathrooms are new.We would never stay here again and would not recommend it to others unless major changes are made.

Perfect spring break

Condo was very nice. Great updates to the bathrooms. There were more dishes/utensils/baking stuff in the kitchen than described which was a nice surprise. Check in /out was super easy.The building itself is older but you can tell updates and improvements are being made. Great location! Close to grocery store, amazing coffee shop, Barefoot Landing. Perfect location on the beach!
