THE RESORT Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire one-bedroom condo, including the private screened-in balcony.

**Parking:** Free and convenient parking is available for your vehicle. No Motorcycles of Trailers are allowed on the Resort Property or Parking Area.

**Rental Agreement:** A Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damages up to $1,000. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
**Resort Amenities:** This condo is privately owned and managed. Resort amenities (pools, tram, restaurants, etc.) and their hours are managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA) and are subject to change based on season or maintenance without notice.
**Starter Supplies:** We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get you settled in. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies. We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping: Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets: Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care: Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest. Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance: A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property. Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property: Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking: Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
