The large virtually private balcony has an expansive view of the Atlantic Ocean and affords you the opportunity to see the lights of northern Myrtle in the evening and a stunning sunrise in the morning.

This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Great place!

I love the floorplan of this unit. There was a balcony in the living room, as well as off of the bedroom. Kitchen appliances were clean and updated. The living room sofa and single chair were very clean. This room is much better than your average beach hotel owned room. The parking deck is very small and the turns are tight, but we were able to fit our Chevy Tahoe in the deck. We just had to be careful when turning corners has not to scrape the walls. I definitely would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped, each room was very clean, and to top it off the view was BEAUTIFUL! It was just a great place to stay, and highly recommend this place.

Great home!

The home and amenities were great! There was new furniture in it from when the pictures were taken. The kitchen was well equipped! There were a couple of issues with the DVD players but they were resolved quickly be the maintenance team. This was our 3rd visit to the Patricia Grand and it won't be our last! The 1st 2 times we actually had the same room, hopefully 1904 will be available next time!
