Brand new full log home with 2780 SQFT of floorspace and centered on a 10-acre lot with over 1000' of Big Bay de Noc shoreline.
[Price includes $250/day security deposit which is refundable following a clear checkout inspection. Usually within 24 hours.]
Four bedrooms, 3 upstairs with private bathrooms, one bedroom downstairs with both bedroom and separate common room access to connected bathroom. Three bedrooms with queen sized beds, one bedroom with a full-sized bed, one queen-sized pull-out couch and one full size futon; sleeps 12 comfortably.
Upstairs, main level, full kitchen with gas cook stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, dining and living room space with electric fireplace and with access to the deck overlooking the bay.
Downstairs includes an ADA compliant bedroom suite, a bar room, kitchenette, living space with electric fireplace and ground level access to the back yard.
