They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your guests. Please try to provide the quality services to every guest."
