The room was fairly small but had everything we needed. Great amenities - including fridge, bathrobes, and beach towels in the rooms, and water/coffee station, bike racks on the property. Very short walk to the ferry and great location in the heart of the town.

I stayed at 21 Broad for a quiet break during the off season. It was perfect. I had a lovely corner room filled with light. The hotel was elegant, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and thoughtful. It felt kind of like staying at a friend’s very nice house. I’m panning on coming back next fall.

Friendly helpful staff and nice rooms. Happy hour offers mixers, ice, many types of bitters and drink mixes. All you need to bring is your own liquor. Nice patio fire pit great location

Staff needs to step up hospitality skills, breakfast has declined since last visit. Great location and still a big fan of this place, although see it slipping from last visit a few years ago
