Casa Alta is a three bedroom two bath Mediterranean inspired home located in a charming neighborhood near Napa's downtown. The house will welcome you with its gleaming hardwood floors, warm decore, arched doorways and curved ceilings. Each bedroom is appointed with a luxurious queen sized, pillow top mattress, fine linens and cozy bedding. High quality furniture, antiques and many original works of art are around every corner. Sit at the desk where you can make plan your day, peruse the guest book or connect your device to WiFi. Large, flat screen TV in the living room where you can login to your favorite steaming services.

Enter the house through your private courtyard shrouded in potted plants, climbing wisteria and Olive Trees. The back yard is a world all it's own with flagstone patio, hot tub, propane barbecue, and partially enclosed outdoor dining room and sitting area. Relax in lounge seating, read a book or take a nap in the outdoor daybed or indulge in the culinary delights you've spent your days collecting!

Take a ten minute walk to the incredible Oxbow Market, which houses restaurants, deli, coffee shop, a wine and cheese merchant, distillery, bakery, cupcakes, chocolatier, spices, butcher shop, fresh seafood, organic ice cream, olive oil, bookstore, gifts and more. The Wine Train station is in nearby as well and should not be missed. Walk less than a mile to Napa's downtown, where choices abound from day spas, theater, wine tasting rooms and shopping to a plethora of world class restaurants.

Hundreds of wineries are a short drive away, many in the beautiful Carneros region or the Stags Leap wine district, both within five miles. Take flight in a hot air balloon, ride the trolley or hire a tour company to pick you up at Casa Alta and explore.

Perfect Location

We were in town to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and this home was the perfect fit. We loved being able to walk to Oxbow Market for breakfast and felt safe in the neighborhood. Our favorite feature was the patio. It was really enjoyable drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening under the terrace! Communication was great and the check-in/out process was easy.

Amazing Experience!

My sister and I (along with our husbands) took our dad away for the weekend for his 85th birthday. We were looking for a single story house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a nice outdoor space. This house was perfect! The location to Oxbow Market/downtown Napa, and the Wine Train, which we did one night, was the icing on the cake! We loved the fact that all three bedrooms had queen beds, and that both bathrooms were accessible to all of us (no ensuite), which made restroom use much easier than if there had been an ensuite. The backyard had an outdoor "living room", dining area, BBQ and hot tub. It couldn't have been more perfect for our stay. The house was very clean, well appointed and comfortable! We didn't have any issues while we were there, so there was no need to communicate with the property owners during our stay, but the pre-trip communication was great and the instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay at this location again the next time we're in Napa!!

Wonderful Stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for our couples get away. The house was so clean and well stocked. The beds are super comfortable! We enjoyed visiting in the backyard after spending time in Napa Valley. The space out back is fabulous!! The location of this home was very convenient. Walking distance to downtown, the Oxnard Market and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Charming house in a great location!

We had a great family new year's celebration at this lovely house! We loved being able to walk everywhere, and the house was cozy and comfortable for our at-home activities. Our family loves to cook, and we were a little challenged in that area, but made it all work and had some great meals in the sweet dining room. Overall, the house was terrific, the area was fun, and it was a terrific way to ring in the new year!

Girls 2024 Wine Trip

The property was everuthing listed and MORE !!! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for us ladies and for any group !!! The backyard veranda area offered an AMAZING opprtunities to eat, drink and make memories!! Beautiful and Cozy

We rented the house for a relaxing girl's trip. Booking, communication with the host, and the checkin process was super easy. The house looks exactly as shown in the listing. It's super cute! Everything is well appointed and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are good-sized and the beds are comfy. We especially enjoyed the backyard. It's the perfect place to hang out and relax. The residential neighborhood is quaint and mostly quiet. The street in front of the house was somewhat busy with commuter traffic in the mornings. And there is a school across the street. But the nights were very quiet. It's only about a 10 minute walk into downtown Napa, with lots of restaurants, wine tasting lounges, and shopping. And of course the Napa Valley wineries are only a short drive away. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Lovely house

This is a great property in a great location to experience the wine country. The house was really nice, the beds were comfortable and it was well appointed with everything you need. The hot tub was clean and the patio was a fabulous place to have coffee in the morning. Highly recommend!!!
