The lady at the front desk got our room ready early so that we could change our clothes quickly and head to a wedding in St. Helena on time. She also pointed out a great restaurant where we could have breakfast. Very helpful!!!!

Stayed in 1 king bed room. Seemed like it was remodeled recently. The room was spacious and clean. Location was good being close to grocery stores and restaurants.

All in all, the staff were polite enough, but I wouldn't stay here again. The TV satellite system was not working (hence no TV in any of the rooms) and the staff couldn't do anything to correct it. I was in a room on the end that backed up to an outside alley way. There were people outside (homeless? druggies?) talking loud enough that I heard them until 1:30-2:00 AM. The heater was very loud and it cycled off and on during the night, waking me up. I finally turned it off.

Clean and nice room. Noisy due to street traffic. If they replaced the windows with double pane, not only helps with noise it would help with AC and heat running alot.
