Great service, no crazy restrictions, cute and spacious room with all necessary amenities. We got wine which comes with a packet of popcorn and chocolate from the inn and went by hot tub which was a cute experience. Breakfast was great as well.

The property was lovely, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I reserved a Queen Cottage room and the bed was a Full not a Queen.

Everything was wonderful! The check in staff was friendly, the manager was understanding of our situation, the room was super clean (had to unplug the air freshener as I am sensitive, but it smelled good) the fresh cookies were really good and made us feel special, the hot tub was clean (and I am very picky about that that I actually got in) and it was a perfect temperature and relaxing, the morning breakfast was good and varied and our checkout was smooth! My husband and I loved it and will definitely come back anytime I come to Napa! Many thanks and blessings to all at the Elm House! : )

The hotel had easy access from the freeway. It was close to downtown and had an inviting outdoor space. I liked the common area with rooms above and was really impressed by their complimentary breakfast and fresh baked cookies. A wonderful affordable lodging option in Napa.

We liked the building and room itself . It was clean and comfortable . The receptionist who registered us was professional and friendly . We chose this hotel because it is conveniently located - walking distance to downtown. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus as well .
