The property is right off a main street so it's noisy. We could see spider webs in the ceiling lights and the shutters were so dusty. The menu is very limited without gluten free options for those with celiacs.

Awful customer service!!!

Terrible!!! Had to leave 1 day early on my reservation and jad to book another room at another hotel mid-stay. Also, had to get a full refund on what was supposed to be my 3-day stay at Senza. The management at the property were very disrespectful and condescending to my wife and I. I will NEVER book there again...and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE book there as well after our disgraceful experience there!!!

Easy to access as it was close to the highway, but it felt quiet and secluded at the same time. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a great view of the nearby vineyards. The large tub, huge walk-in shower, and heated floor in the restroom were amazing.

This property was so quaint. I loved the room size and comfort. The staff was helpful even before we arrived. Thank you to Fernando who assisted prior to my arrival and Alyssa who checked us in. Housekeeping was amazing as they cleaned around my messy makeup station in the bathroom and made everything so neat. The upgrade to the vineyard suite was the best part of our stay. The room was phenomenal. We had a little difficulty with the fireplace but nothing worth complaining about. I love the property. It was small but just perfect for my husband and I. We will definitely be back during the warmer months. Thank you Senza you helped make my 53rd birthday a memorable stay.

An obviously exclusive property, nicely laid out, with nice appointments. When my shower only provided at best luke warm water (and it was still early morning), I phoned the desk and was politely told the maintenance folks would arrive at 8am, and beyond that there was no follow-up!? I was non-plussed to say the least. The customer should not have to resort to a sour review to draw your attention to the neglect that person, in this case yours truly experienced. David
