the apartment is completely renovated with computerized central heating and air conditioning with a balcony on one side and a terrace on the opposite side. Located in a building without a lift on the third floor, it has been completely sanitized together with all the mattresses with a certificate of certification to guarantee maximum cleanliness. Supplied sheets and linings plus sets of three tablecloths and related curtains for each guest. The small and efficient kitchen is equipped with pots for all types of use with utensils plus dishes and cutlery, fridge, microwave oven, espresso machine with pods, electric kettle, electric blender, etc. iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo bubble bath, shower caps, soap. The apartment is located 500 m. from the station (subway, circumvesuviana, central state railways and 200 m from the botanical garden and at a distance of about 2 km from Capodichino international airport. The historic center is easily reached on foot (recommended) or by public transport. the area is full of pizzerias trattorias or typical Neapolitan restaurants even at very reasonable prices. Also at 30 m. from the building there are secure and cheap garage parking for cars.
