"We chose this hotel due to an event we were attending at “Club eX”, which is part of this rather (for Tokyo at least) massive property that reminded me of a Las Vegas style casino hotel, with multiple floors of shops, a wide variety of restaurants in an open-air courtyard, a food court, movie theater, as well as the hotel’s own bar and restaurants, all right across the street from a Shinkansen (bullet train) station and the subway. It’s also a very quick train or taxi from the Haneda Airport, and you’ll find plenty of local shops and restaurants within a fifteen minute walk in virtually any direction. Staff was very friendly and efficient — this is a busy hotel, and while the lines for check-in and the massive breakfast buffet can me long, they move surprisingly quickly."
