One of the rooms is equipped with one bed, one double bed, and air conditioning. Another room offers a double bed, a shower, a bidet, and a WC, along with air conditioning. There is also a room with one bed, one double bed, and air conditioning, as well as another room featuring a double bed and air conditioning.

The villa's kitchen, measuring 12 square meters, is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
