"Villa Gaudi is a property built in 1972, renovated year by year to keep high and rigorous its architectural structure similar to the eclectic style with fluid geometries of Antoin Gaudi, as well as the name that represents it. Placed in a quiet context, but also full of easily accessible services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants) not to mention the real peculiarity that surrounds the house, the wonderful view of the beaches of Salento with golden sand, bordered by the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
The Villa consists of 3 floors, anteceded by a large atrium decorated in 1970s style, with large arches and vaults, Garden with trees, children's play area, a brand new relax & coffee lobby, free parking and a 500sqm porch with outdoor showers.
It is divided in turn into seven apartments, all independent, equipped with every possible comfort, from air conditioning to LED TV and striking balconies that seem to plunge into the sea.
We are located in Sant'Isidoro on Leuca Street.
They are 5meters REAL from the free sandy beach, next to it there is also a private bathing establishment "Lido Oasi," and about 200 meters away the beautiful cliffs with natural springs
Villa Gaudí also It is located in the center of the village, so it will be very convenient for you to reach supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, pharmacy and excellent restaurants no more than 150 meters away from the accommodation
