The Space
Welcome to Pine Street Flats! Located in the Gulch, this small studio is perfect for a jam-packed weekend hanging out Downtown! Modern, open floor plan with high ceilings, walk-in closets and amenities like a full gym and saltwater pool! The unit has comfortable queen-sized beds in the bedrooms and a couch that folds down to become a full-sized bed *note that this is full; it can sleep two people, but it is small. Cots are available to rent for a $25 fee.

You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay, as well as the apartment complex gym, club room, & pool!

Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public section of the garage which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privileges means if you leave the parking garage and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. In wither retail or residential, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app

Our company is called UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small and local business that strives to make your trip to Nashville great. We let our guests have their space but if needed, will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

Please note: We are not responsible for pool rules set by the community. The community only allows 3 guests per apartment.

→ No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays.
→ Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. → We are located on the 2nd floor of our building and are accessible via a full flight of stairs or a handy elevator. :)
→ If this unit isn't available, we have other Pine Street Flats!
→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
→ This unit overlooks train tracks! The train comes and goes throughout the day. Some guests have mentioned the noise, others do not notice it at all!
→ Our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.

ON FOOT
With so many options for dining and entertainment just steps away, you can get to most places by foot! Your unit will include a detailed map that shows the great places you can visit in just a few blocks.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! One is located just two blocks from the lofts at the corner of 11th & Pine St.

Great location, clean space, beds were comfortable. The complex is also very clean and quiet. Just walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. And if you’re up for it, only a 15 min walk to broadway.

Perfect location, easy check in & out

We absolutely loved the location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go or a very short uber ride. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture isn’t comfortable so if you plan on hanging out a lot in the apartment, its not great for that but we just used the pool area & community room to hang out. Overall this was exactly what we were looking for!

Great apartment & location

This was a perfect place for three of us to stay on a trip to Nashville. The apartment was very clean and spacious - looked just like the photos. The building was very nice - we loved having access to the pool. Great location in the heart of the Gulch - walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, etc., and a short Lyft ride to the Broadway area (which we preferred being slightly removed from). Only con was that the Wifi wasn't great, so something to keep in mind if this is important for you.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The property was nice and the check in process was easy to follow. The apartment we stayed in was clean for the most part but the air conditioning did not work and well as we thought it would. The bed in one of the bedrooms was very uncomfortable and the pillows need to be replaced.
