My room was gross. Every towel had hair in it like it has just been used and just folded to dry. It smelled “moldy” and bathroom walls and tiles were dingy and displaced in some areas. Don’t recommend this place.

What is the $100 security payment all about?? Will never stay at a Baymont if this going to be their policy.

Never again

Very noisy, people talking outside our room all hours. Room not very clean. Breakfast we didn’t even stay for, only 1 waffle maker and a line to use it. Coffee was bad. Didn’t like that you had to pay an extra $100. Deposit. And hope that they credit you back for it.

Really bad stsy

The maids are super nice but the place needs to be updated very old and the bathroom wall had blood stains and the Elevator does not work good also i can't believe Wyndham has there name on this place

Passive aggressive the staff clearly have no respect for the guest and I stayed here 9 days. Apparently it is a problem to book through a third party website and they penalize you with an early check in fee every day if you choose to extend your stay by one more day unless you over pay by booking it directly through thebhotel which is more than double the online prices even if you dont change rooms they still charge you as though you were never there to begin with and then on my 9th day while I was in Nashville looking for an Apartment they decided that I needed to Be disturbed by knocking on my door while the sign was clearly up. Do Not Disturb looking for me to pay another $12. For an early Check in fee even though I had been in the same room for 9 days in a row. No customer service, no respect, just despicable. Ive spent a fotune here in 9 days absolutely unacceptable. Treatment to charge guest when in reality me not requesting a new room and not having them even clean the suite i did that myself even borrowed the vacum to clean up prevous guests mess saving them money they still felt entitled to more cash for a fake early checkin fee being that I booked online, it actually required them to do nothing. The only reason I even had to go to the office is because of the fee so there was no added effort for the staff and i was in my suite four days at that point i guess they wanted me to Check out every additional day and sit in the lobby for 4 hours to avoid said fees

A bit out of the way but for the price pretty good. Little things can go a long way, like all cable channels available, bigger shower towels, actually having soap in the shower dispenser, the microwave and fridge in more convenient location other then in a tight corner by the sink. Would have got 4.5-5 stars across the board if those little things were up to par. Other than that was an enjoyable very clean place to stay and will definitely keep an eye out for them in future trips to Nashville.
