The gym was out of order pool was not open yet and it was 85 degress. Room smell humid

Rooms very clean but no extras. Staff was so very friendly though it made the stay enjoyable.

The front staff was friendly, one guy was very good. The room was basic and outdated. The breakfast wasn't anything like the photo, no waffle maker at all, that's misleading but the juice and toast was okay. It was about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville.

My trip was cancelled due to a problem with the airlines. I called the hotel to see if I could reschedule to a different date and was told I couldn’t. Don’t use Travelocity with this hotel. I blame both Travelocity and the hotel for bad communication.

There were no coffee pots in the rooms. They were taken out to replace but have not yet. The bed spread and blankets were so thin, all four of us froze. Very disappointed. Last visit was so much better.

The hotel was ok the room was fairly nice and pretty clean but they don’t stock the rooms with much We had to go get coffee for the coffee machine in the room Had to get toilet paper because we only had a small amount left on the roll They acted like it was a inconvenience to give me the stuff that should have been stocked before we arrived The bed was kinda hard & the pillows are flat & seemed extra small
