KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef's kitchen with new Smart stainless appliances & sleek quartz countertops. We provide pots & pans, dishes & silverware, a smoothie blender, a toaster, a regular coffeemaker, Keurig, and tea and coffee. The island comfortably seats 1-3 adults. The cozy banquette nook is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or catch up on reading

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: One high-end queen bed with a custom memory foam cooling gel-infused topper for the primary bedroom. A twin-size floor air mattress is available for the living room. PRIVATE BALCONY: Access the private balcony from the living room; comfortably seats 2-3 adults. Enjoy lovely evening views of downtown city lights. By order of the fire marshal, NO grilling or real candles are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside the condo.

COMPLIMENTARY ASSIGNED PARKING: One complimentary parking space is included for a small to mid-sized vehicle only. Details (make, model, color & plate details) of the vehicle must be provided no later than 24 hours after check-in. No large or long-bed trucks, oversized vans, motorcycles, tractor-trailers, or U-hauls are allowed. Guests who violate this house rule will be towed by the HOA & will lose the $500 security deposit. In addition, damage(s) to our parking sign will incur repair fees and be deducted from the security deposit. We highly encourage guests to consider Lyft/Uber when going out. Check our digital guide for specials. The designated parking area is non-gated. An onsite security guard is on-site to ensure only vehicles belonging to registered guests are on-site

The condo is close enough to downtown - literally only 10 minutes away; but also far enough away that city noise isn't an issue. Of course, you may hear occasional noise since the condo is in a metropolitan city. Our condo is less than 2 miles from 3 major hospitals and within walking distance of Centennial Park. You can be anywhere in the city you want to visit within 10 minutes depending on traffic, whether it be shopping in Green Hills, Bellevue, Belle Meade, Sylvan Park, 12 South, Gulch, or Downtown

REQUIRED TO BOOK OUR CONDO
We require a Rental Agreement and the primary guest's ID. The signed Rental Agreement executed by the primary guest and their government ID must be received within 24 hours of booking to prevent cancellation. Cancellation fees apply. The name on the credit card used to book must match the name on the photo ID, on VRBO, and the name on the Rental Agreement. No 3rd party bookings & no local guests.

Q: WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?
A: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Access codes will be sent at 2:00 PM CST on the day of arrival. This allows you to check yourself in (contactless entry).

Q: CAN WE DO AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?
A: We are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. For security, we do not allow luggage drop-off/storage; however, if you are arriving early, we can connect you with entities we work with who provide secure luggage services & exclusive discounts for our guests

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: Relaxed: 100% refund at least 14 days before arrival, 50% refund at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellation fees may apply.

Q: WHAT ABOUT WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS?
A: In the event Davidson County, TN officials declare a state-of-emergency due to natural disaster or weather issues, the Guest will be refunded in full (less the credit card swipe charged to Us). We cannot control the weather & do not refund for inclement weather. We recommend guests purchase trip insurance to cover the investment in their trip, which covers weather-related disruptions. After the booking is confirmed, we provide guests with details for optional travel insurance.

The property and price were amazing. The only thing that might have been better than the quality of the property was the communication and hospitality of the property owners. I have never rented a property on Vrbo or other sites with such attention to detail and level of care that we had everything we needed to feel right at home. This was meant to be a fun and stress free long weekend in Nashville and choosing this property helped make that a reality. There were so many small details I would never expect from a property owner but those are the things that turn a good experience into a truly great one. The reason why I tend to fair more towards vacation rental versus traditional hotels is because there is a different level of comfort staying in a place that feels like a home versus a generic room
the property felt like exactly that and the rental owners made us feel like family. I not only would re-book this property when we head back to Nashville but I would recommend it to my closest friends and family bc I know Shannon and Lee will provide them with the same level of comfort and care that they provided us with. If there was an option for more than 5 stars I would happily choose 100 stars. Thank you!!!

Why get a hotel when you can stay here? Great location, just minutes from downtown Nashville. Easy in, easy out to get you anywhere in the region. My wife wanted to take the bed home with us, so comfortable. You’d be hard-pressed to find better hosts than Shannon and Lee. They do everything they can to make sure you enjoy their beautiful space and give you any tips you need to have a great Nashville experience. If our travels take us back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The communication was great. Shannon sent several suggestions on things to do and places to eat. If Shannon and Lee owned other locations in different states, I would book with them everywhere! Their hospitality is unmatched. The area the condo was located in unfortunately wasn't the best. Lock your cars.

This was the best experience I’ve had thus far! Shannon & Lee were the best hosts! The condo was very welcoming and cozy. It gave off couples retreat. The pictures on the site does no justice from seeing it in person!!!! Everything was exactly how they it would be. They were very responsive, and even listened to my 1 minor request of having Red Bull in the fridge!!! This place had everything you needed in case you forgot something
 I would highly recommend anyone to who’s looking for a nice cozy/romantic stay, to stay at this property!!! Let’s not forget it’s located near everything within a a short drive. We took an uber to Broadway and had an absolute blast!!! The chicken spot “Hattie B’s” is literally a mile or so away. Great food might I add. So if you’re looking for somewhere that’s inviting with great hosts this is the place to get!!!

This place is so much better than staying in a hotel. Shannon goes above and beyond as a host. The bed is very comfortable the towels are super soft its a quiet neighborhood and really just a short drive to downtown Nashville. You definitely feel at home in this place Ive stayed in VRBOs several times and this host is the best by far.Communication was super and I will definitely come back.

Fabulous evening at “The Standard Restaurant” for dinner. Went to the Tomato Art Festival in East Nashville, then the rest of the day on Broadway. Twelve-Thirty Club, Dierks Bentley and Laney Wilson. City of Franklin on Sunday (nice boutique shopping/cafes
.Green Hills Mall also. Shannon and Lees place was great location. We ubered everywhere except for Franklin. Their place is just perfect. Super clean and stocked with everything you would need. Shannon was top best for communication. Will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Simply Amazing!

From start to finish, this trip exceeded my expectations! This was the first time my wife and I had been to Nashville and when I found this rental on VRBO I thought the photos looked nice. The photos undersell this property. It was beautiful! Immaculately clean; a great location close to all the wonderful things there are to do in this city. Lee and Shannon were very responsive and wonderful hosts! I cannot compliment them enough!
