The property is a very convenient location and downtown is walkable. The hotel is clean, quiet, with nice amenities and staff friendly and helpful. Close to Nissan Stadium. Easy online check-in/check-out. Will stay again!

The room is clean, the bed Is comfy. We did not use the restaurant on site. We wish there are microwave and kettle to boil water. However, the room’s facilities are enough for our overnight stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The service was amazing and I love the modern feel. It’s not in the best area, but it was convenient to everything we needed to get to. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The hotel is sleek and modern. Highway noise on one side of the hotel was a bit unpleasant, although it was nice that the hotel provided earplugs. Folks working at the hotel were courteous enough in the lobby and serving coffee and taking orders for meals. But I felt that a bit more warmth would’ve been very welcome. The overall vibe is one of expected self-sufficiency of guests. Again, I bit more inviting ambience would elevate the experience I did not go to the bar so can’t speak to that

After spending 16 hours in the airport trying to get to Drift Nashville my flight was cancelled; I reported this to Drift and they still charged me for my 3 night stay and did not even offer credit. I am very disappointed that a hotel of such caliber would not show empathy or flexibility for future stays. My flight being cancelled and not making it to Drift was out of my hands and not due to irresponsibility or bad planning.

Style, unfortunately, over substance. Beautifully designed, finished and furnished but the rooms are not a place for peace, quiet and relaxation. The in-room ice machine and HVAC is extremely noisy. Sound insulation from other rooms and the corridor is poor. The lobby is full of people on Teams/Zoom calls (love the nod to confidentiality). Broadway is a short but necessary car ride away. Many will love it but not those used to traditional hospitality values.

The Drift was very nice. But no free breakfast. We found a great breakfast place a mile N. So never did try Drift's small breakfast options. We paid for downtown/city view, but they put us in the basement with concrete floors. Good view of the pool but hard to see much of the city view.
