Lauren, the host, is amazing and made this trip so easy and accommodating for my family. The property is absolutely stunning and extremely comfortable. Walking distance from restaurants, Broadway and many other attractions. I would definitley recommend staying if you are planing a trip to Music City!

This home was beautiful. We were so comfortable there. The kitchen had what we needed during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. My husband and I and each of our adult kids had our own space (bedroom/bathroom). The owner was very responsive to communication. I will definitely stay again when I return!

What a pleasure! The hosts stocked the refrigerator, had snacks in a basket upon arrival, and require you to do zero clean up upon departure! These little details make a huge difference! Beautiful place and I would rent anytime from these hosts! 10 out of 10!!!

OMG is all I can say! No matter what you're doing in the Nashville area - you will NOT go wrong with this unit. Extremely comfortable beds - Above and Beyond ammenties but what is the most outstanding aspect is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lauren is the BOMB-DIGGITY!! I highly recommend this place - or ANY of the units Lauren manages!

Beautiful property!

The property was ideal for our stay. Beautiful furnishings and bathrooms, huge closets, comfortable beds and all kitchen appliances you would need. The only reason for a 4 star on location and neighborhood is that there was loud construction noise very close and started around 7am weekdays. However since many want to enjoy all Nashville attractions early not a significant problem. The snacks and drinks provided were especially appreciated! Overall outstanding property!!

Best Bachelorette House

Just stayed here for my bachelorette with 9 girls and it was absolutely perfect! Such a spacious and clean house with perfect amount of beds. The VRBO hosts were incredible and timely with response. Highly recommended this rental to anyone!

Great Home for a group near Vandy

Our group had the best time in this home! It is perfect in every way. The location is perfect and walking distance to Vanderbilt Campus. The home is safe and well stocked for all your needs including sound machine for any noise from nearby bars. We are in the music city! This was our second time staying at this property and we would definitely rebook again!

We were a group of 9 women all of whom this was a 1st time in Nashville trip. Everything about this house was fantastic; the layout, included amenities and proximity to popular tourist destinations. Wonderful Trip

Just got home from Nashville and really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Twelve of us were in town celebrating a birthday and the house was perfect for our group! It was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The location was great too. We scootered, walked and used Uber to go to Broadway. Lauren was very helpful as well. She was able to accommodate our request for an early check-in and very responsive to our questions. The house had everything we needed and was very clean, exactly like the pictures. Check out was a breeze, just pack your stuff and lock the doors behind you. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this house to anyone, especially large groups. Thank you for a great stay! Hope to go back some day.

The property was beautiful. Clean and accommodating. The location was great. A short Uber to downtown, but there were plenty of places within walking distance. The check-in/check-out was the easiest and most efficient that I have encountered. Communication between myself and the property was incredible. It was quick and informative. I have already recommended this location to several friends. When I return to Nashville this will definitely be my first choice.

50th Birthday Girls Trip

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville--and this was the perfect place to stay. There was plenty of room for everyone in my party--enough beds so each woman had her own, and enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready in! Location is great and super easy to get to Broadway. The hosts were amazing and accommodating to our early check in and later check out needs. My one friend has already recommended the property to her other group of friends--definitely a great place to stay!

Best Ever

This townhouse was incredible. The owners went above and beyond to make our visit to Nashville a great experience. There were snacks, beverages in fridge, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all the bathrooms. The home is decorated beautifully and they provided black washcloths for makeup removal and earplugs because there was some construction going on nearby. To top it off, there were no check out instructions, only to lock up when we left so our morning of packing up was not stressful a bit. We absolutely loved the location, and everything about the house. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit! Thank you for everything! As many stars we can give, that’s what it gets!

This house has it all! Loved it~

7 girls stayed here to celebrate a 50th birthday. Nothing was left out. Every detail was thought of, full length mirrors, blow dryers, laundry soap, snacks, beds for everyone NOT bunks, but adult beds. :) Our host was amazing and accommodating in every way. Every guest was impressed as they arrived and loved all the decor and setup. I would stay here again for sure!! Thank you for making our stay amazing.
