Convenient to everything Nashville has to offer, luxury townhouse is brand new, and beautifully professionally designed from top to bottom.

The intent of this space is to welcome guests to a calm, healing place where they can rest, relax and recharge before adventuring out to find all the amazing sites and sounds Nashville has to offer!

Enter through the front door, or the two car garage and on the first floor, you'll find a cozy and delightful boho chic bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a trundle. Each bedroom has a smart TV, so you'll never have to worry about fighting for the remote.

Up the first flight of stairs, you'll find a full bathroom, and a WIDE OPEN living, kitchen and dining space, fully outfitted with every comfort of home and then some. Our home is adorned with furnishings from West Elm, World Market, Article and CB2, so everything feels both comfortable, and luxurious. You'll find board games, a big screen TV and records in the living room, as well as a perfect little nook to get ready for your glam nights out!

Up one more flight of stairs and you'll see matching bedrooms- both with king beds, TVs, a foldaway bed, and en suite bathrooms for the ultimate private vacation experience!

Our properties typically book every night and 100% of weekends. If you think you may need early check in or late check out please consider adding a night to the beginning or conclusion of your trip.

CLEANING FEE:
We pride ourselves on providing a clean home for our guests. We hire cleaners that not only work hard, but are family and friends of ours. They treat the property as their own and we pay them well, resulting in a slightly higher cleaning fee. It goes back to them, not some major company paying their workers minimum wage. If during your stay, anything isn’t up to your standard please let us know and we will address it immediately!

COMMUNITY FEE: A 6% community fee will automatically be added to your booking for required city hotel occupancy tax. And you will see this reflected in your reservation request.

KEYLESS ENTRY:
Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique keypad code that will serve as your keyless entry to the condo during your stay. Access is all keyless entry and you can come and go as you please.


FREE PARKING:
Guests have a 1 car garage for parking directly at the Townhome. It fits a standard sized car.
